Build it and they will come was the mantra for this home. These clients love to cook and entertain. They wanted to build a home that would allow them to pursue their passion for bringing people together and creating memories. The open plan with the great room attached to a kitchen “where we can all work together” and large dining room “where we can all celebrate” were key. They also needed the ability to spill outside onto a large on-grade concrete terrace if the weather permitted. This project included the use of classic timeless materials to give it a feeling of being ageless and welcoming.
